Our Story
Launching in 2023, STRAT began with one big dream, one determined founder, and a team of three. What started as a small, passionate effort to turn ideas into actionable strategies quickly gained momentum.
From late-night brainstorming sessions to hands-on problem-solving with our first clients, every step was driven by curiosity, grit, and the belief that strategy could change the way people and organizations grow.
